ABOUT TWIN LAKES MHP
Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park is an 80+ acre park, located just minutes from center city Tallahassee and three miles from Capital Circle.
We are licensed by the State of Florida, Department of Health, division of Environmental Health, Mobile Home/RV Parks Division - License #37-54-00108.
We are licensed by the Florida Division of Business and Professional Regulations - License #DE44875
The park is private, wooded, safe and clean. This tree-lined park consists of a quiet atmosphere in a beautiful country setting.
All lots are shaded and large.
For the past ten years, the park has been under new ownership, with the owner/manager residing on site.
Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park is up and coming to be a beautiful park.
Our rates are the lowest in Leon County, offering homes for sale or lots for your mobile home or RV.
All lots include on-site water, on-site septic and garbage service.
PARK AMENITIES INCLUDE: PLAYGROUND, OFF-LEASH DOG PARK, IN-PARK LAUNDRY FACILITIES, COMPLETE WITH FREE WIFI AND VENDING (Cold Soft Drinks).
Residents also have the exclusive use of two privately owned beautiful lakes, situated in the center of the park for sight-seeing, catch-and-release fishing and non-gas powered boating.
We have a private community water system on site that serves our park. The water system is inspected by the Florida Department of Health and is regulated daily by Southern Water Service.
We accept mobile homes of any size, make and model constructed before 1976 (Unless being relocated within Leon County)
AND we also accept self-contained, hard sided RVs

Please do not arrive at the park unannounced and expect a tour and please do not come on your own for your own unannounced "self tour" We take our tenants privacy very serious and do not allow public access to the park without permission. Three Sons Development and Twin Lakes MH/RV Park accepts no liability for any unauthorized person who enters the park for any reason.

Twin Lakes rededicates Off-Leash Dog Park in Memory of Kaleb Foley
We are pleased to announce that our community dog park has been rededicated to the memory of Kaleb Foley, a bright young man who was taken from us way too soon. To honor Kalebs memory, we have created this memorial tribute to him inside the dog park for all to see and enjoy. May he always know that he was loved and is missed terribly by his friends still here at Twin Lakes. We will never forget you.

Twin Lakes Adds Laundry Room, Vending Services and A New Park Office.
We are proud to announce that a new resident laundry room as well as the new location for the park office has been constructed at
515 Sistrunk Circle in the park.
This facility currently consists of coin-operated washers and dryers, vending for laundry supplies, change machine and vending for cold soft
AND FREE WIFI!
This location will also serve as the official park office for Twin Lakes MH/RV Park
as well as the corporate offices for Three Sons Development, Inc.
This new location will be used by Tenants to pay on their accounts, to meet with park management and for prospective residents to meet the park owners.

We are proud to announce that a new off-lease Dog Park has been constructed in the rear property of the park. This park consists of a secure, fenced 10,000 square feet tract of land, complete with leashing/unleashing corral, shade trees, benches, dog toys, and water services.

Twin Lakes MH/RV park is pleased to announce that we have made several improvements and added some new items to our playground. In addition to the current Horseshoe pits, ladderball, volleyball/badminton, sandbox, basketball court and seating area, we now have commercial-grade swings and climbing bars for our resident's children to enjoy!

(RV Lots are booked for a MINUMUM of 30 days - no maximum and MUST be booked in advance. We CANNOT offer any lots to "walk-in" unannounced guests)

LARGER UNITS (DW,TW,ETC): $325 (ALL SITES)

COMPLIMENTARY Lawn Mower or Yard Tool Rental* – Current inventory includes Push mower, leaf blower, string trimmer, lawn edger, power hedge trimmers, manual pole saws, manual branch trimmers, shovels & rakes. Rental fee is $0.00, complimentary per day (does not include gas)
*Resident borrower must pick up the items at the park office and sign a rental agreement prior to using park tools. Delivery of equipment MAY be available with advance notice. A nominal delivery fee MAY apply. Other tools may also be available for borrowing. Please contact park management for further information on availability and cost (if any). – All tools and equipment borrowed are to be used for your own personal lot and are used at your own risk!
